Det \u00e4r drag i rummet, eftersom vi har 1-glasf\u00f6nster och v\u00e4rmen flyr iv\u00e4g. Jag ville \u00f6ka v\u00e4rmeisolering i f\u00f6nstren men samtidigt ville jag l\u00e5ta ljuset komma in. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r t\u00e4nkte jag testa kanalplastskiva av polykarbonat. Den sl\u00e4pper in ljuset och samtidigt isolerar kanalstrukturen v\u00e4rme. Jag ville ha \u00e4ven fakta p\u00e5 bordet.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Problemet och s\u00f6kning efter l\u00f6sning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi har vattenburna v\u00e4rmebatterier i v\u00e5rt f\u00f6rr\u00e5d. S\u00e4rskilt under h\u00f6sten och vintern smiter v\u00e4rmen ut genom f\u00f6nstren och batterierna ger maximal h\u00e4tta. Det finns bara tv\u00e5 sm\u00e5 f\u00f6nster i rummet, och jag ville inte t\u00e4cka dem t.ex. med isoleringsskivor, f\u00f6r d\u00e5 kommer inte ljuset in.  Jag ville inte arbeta i m\u00f6rkret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett alternativ skulle ha varit att renovera f\u00f6nstren. Det skulle ha varit jobbigt och dyrt att byta 1-glasf\u00f6nster till 3-glasf\u00f6nster. Jag best\u00e4mde mig att testa, hur mycket <a href=\"https:\/\/muovia.com\/sv\/material\/klar-plast-plexiglas\/pc-kanalskiva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kanalplastkivor av polykarbonat <\/a>kunde hj\u00e4lpa till med v\u00e4rmeisoleringen. I de starkare kanaler \u00e4r den isolerande luftfickan naturligtvis st\u00f6rre. Kanalplastskivan med tjocklek 16mm har dubbelstruktur, dvs. det finns tv\u00e5 luftfickalager. Hypotetiskt t\u00e4nkte jag, att om strukturen \u00e4r likadan som i ett 3-glasf\u00f6nster, skulle \u00e4ven isoleringen vara b\u00e4st i den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">J\u00e4mf\u00f6relse av resultat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag best\u00e4llde kanalplastkivorna i samma m\u00e5tt som f\u00f6nstren och monterade skivorna p\u00e5 glaset p\u00e5 inre sidan. Jag gjorde f\u00e4stningen endast med tejp. D\u00e5 hade v\u00e4rmen stabiliserat och resultaten var mer p\u00e5litliga. Jag gjorde m\u00e4tningarna p\u00e5 ytan av glaset\/kanalplasten. F\u00f6r att vara s\u00e4ker om j\u00e4mf\u00f6righeten kollade jag \u00e4ven temperaturen inne och ute. De var ungef\u00e4r samma i alla m\u00e4tningssituationerna. I m\u00e4tning nr.4 kan vi se, ett\u00e4 temperaturen \u00e4r tydligt h\u00f6gst. \u00c4ven om utetemperaturen var allra l\u00e4gst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt min \u00e5sikt \u00e4r det ocks\u00e5 anm\u00e4rkningsv\u00e4rt, att temperaturen 15,6 grader \u00e4r den kallaste punkten i skivan, dvs. kanten, varav kallare luft l\u00e4cker ut. Sj\u00e4lva glaset \u00e4r n\u00e4stan lika varmt som v\u00e4ggen. Kylan fr\u00e5n kanten kan jag stoppa med mer fast montering. Ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r tejp kan jag g\u00f6ra f\u00e4stningen med t.ex. silikon. I \u00e4ndorna av kanaler kan jag anv\u00e4nda <a href=\"https:\/\/muovia.com\/sv\/monteringslister-for-kanalskivor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">U-lister<\/a> f\u00f6r att hindra smuts och damm g\u00e5 in i kanalstrukturen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r mig sj\u00e4lv r\u00e4cker tejpf\u00e4stningen. N\u00e4r sommaren kommer kan jag ta bort skivorna fr\u00e5n f\u00f6nstret och l\u00e5ta dem v\u00e4nta p\u00e5 vintern igen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r man tills\u00e4tter en kanalplastkiva, \u00f6verg\u00e5r v\u00e4rmen inte l\u00e4ngre till glaselementet. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det viktigt att vara s\u00e4ker om att ventilationen av utf\u00f6nstret fungerar. Annars kan man f\u00e5 problem med kylan och i inytan av f\u00f6nstret kan det formas is, som sm\u00e4lter p\u00e5 nedre listan av f\u00f6nstret. Det b\u00f6r allts\u00e5 finnas ett ventilationsh\u00e5l i ytf\u00f6nstrets lister. Alternativet \u00e4r att se efter, om det bildas fuktighet mellan f\u00f6nstret. I s\u00e5fall b\u00f6r man l\u00f6sa f\u00f6nstret och torka bort fukten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00f6rm\u00e5nlig l\u00f6sning f\u00f6r energisparning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En betydande \u00f6kning i v\u00e4rmeisolering betyder mindre v\u00e4rmningskonstnader men \u00e4ven bekv\u00e4mare arbetetsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden. Nu blir det inte kallt i t\u00e5rna eller h\u00f6gra v\u00e4rmer\u00e4kningar under kommande vintern. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priset av f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen var inte h\u00f6gt. I mitt f\u00f6rr\u00e5d har jag tv\u00e5 stycken 54cm x 34cm f\u00f6nster. Jag best\u00e4llde likadana 16mm tjocka kanalplastskivor \u00e4ven till tre likadana f\u00f6nster i bilgaraget. <strong>Kostnaden f\u00f6r fem skivor blev alltsammans endast drygt 450 kronor <\/strong>(utan frakt).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priser f\u00f6r m\u00e5ttbest\u00e4lld kanalplastskiva:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6mm: ca. 286 kr\/m<sup>2<\/sup><br>10mm: ca. 355 kr\/m<sup>2<\/sup><br>16mm: ca. 491 kr\/m<sup>2<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mer info \u00e5t statistikentusiaster<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r statistikentusiasternas intresse ger jag lite \u00f6vrigt information om kanalplastskivornas <a href=\"https:\/\/fi.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/L%C3%A4mm%C3%B6nl%C3%A4p%C3%A4isykerroin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">U-v\u00e4rde<\/a>. Enheten av U-v\u00e4rde \u00e4r Wm2,K (kvadratmeter och kelvin per watt). Det m\u00e4ter hur m\u00e5nga watt v\u00e4rme som flyr genom materialet, n\u00e4r skillnaden mellan innetemperatur och utetemperatur \u00e4r en grad.
